The information is sent to the designated Meridian Vertex enquiry mailbox so the team can assess your request and respond. It is not used by this form to subscribe you to marketing communications.

Technical processing

The website and email service providers process the enquiry to deliver it. The form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The form also stores a private enquiry record in WordPress, accessible to website administrators. Records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, in daily batches of up to 100 records; completion depends on the website scheduler running. Mailboxes and hosting backups have separate retention arrangements.
